- 48 Hours Notice: If you cancel with at least 48 hours' notice, you will receive a full refund of your appointment fee.
- 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance qualify for a partial refund.
- Same Day Cancellations: Unfortunately, same-day cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

Yes, we do require appointments to ensure the best quality service for our customers. Additionally, our appointments are private, meaning that only your party will be present at the store during your scheduled visit. This allows us to focus solely on your needs and provide a personalized experience tailored to you.
Our appointments are one hour and a half long.
We suggest bringing 2-3 guests with you to your appointment so that you can focus and make the selection process easier. Having fewer people with you can help streamline the decision-making process and ensure that you have a more personalized experience. We recommend not exceeding 5 guests to maintain a comfortable and efficient shopping environment.
It typically takes us between 12 and 14 weeks to have your dress ready. For those in need of a quicker turnaround, we do offer rush orders; please feel free to inquire with us for more information. Additionally, we sell our store samples at discounted prices, with all samples priced between 20% to 40% off. If you are interested in purchasing a sample gown, we would be happy to assist you with that as well.
We typically take appointments from Monday through Saturday between 11:00 am to 6:30 pm. If you require a later afternoon appointment or would like to schedule a visit on Sunday, please feel free to send us an inquiry, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
