Appointment Fee
A non-refundable fee ranging from $20 to $50 applies based on the type of appointment you select. This fee can be applied toward your dress purchase.
Cancellation Policy
- 48 Hours Notice: If you cancel with at least 48 hours' notice, you will receive a full refund of your appointment fee.
- 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance qualify for a partial refund.
- Same Day Cancellations: Unfortunately, same-day cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
